Hahndorf Hill cellar door invites you to become part of their energetic and enthusiastic team in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, right next door to the village of Hahndorf.

This position is perfect for a mature-minded, energetic individual, and is a permanent part-time position that offers four days’ work per week (Wednesday to Saturday), with potential to evolve to a five day per week position. You will be trained to be involved in all aspects of running and maintaining the cellar door, including wine sales, through to preparing and serving our wine, chocolate and cheese flights, including general admin tasks. 

Your wage will be in accordance with the Wine Industry Cellar Door Awards.

Wine knowledge is NOT essential, as this will be part of your in-house training.

It is far more important that you have a warm and engaging personality with a natural ability to enjoy communicating with people, to be keen to learn new skills and information, and to be a happy team worker.

It will be an advantage if you have some email and basic computer skills. 

And you will need to have Australian citizenship/residency or a valid existing Australian work visa. You will also need to be at least 18 years of age (in order to serve alcohol).
