What this job involves

We’re currently seeking to appoint an experienced Valuer to join our team in Melbourne. In this role you will form a part of our growing team who enjoy dedicated market-leading administrative support, allowing you to spend your working time completing valuations within your area and not chasing paperwork or booking runs. 

The focus for this position would be within our market leading valuation team, with an initial focus on industrial and commercial properties  We’re looking for qualified Valuers who wish to pursue a career with a top tier national valuation firm.

Proven experience in Valuations is essential as is a thorough understanding of the property market and market trends. 

You will have a ‘client first’ mind set and the flexibility and a passion to further your knowledge and develop your skillset. 

Successful candidates must hold current Associate Membership (AAPI) or Provisional Membership (PMAPI) of the Australian Property Institute with RPV or CPV status, Current Certificate of Compliance, Current Risk Management Module Certificate, and possess an open driver’s licence.
