Albion Park Mitsubishi is looking for an experienced and driven Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team.  This is an opportunity to work with a multi award winning dealership, managing a large used vehicle department selling 80 – 100 used vehicles per month.

About the role:

• Reporting to the General Manager Retail Operations you will need to lead the Used Vehicle Sales Team and be responsible for the daily operations of the department
• Assist with opening and closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Strong focus on volume and ROI 
• Strong understanding of the sales process
• Motivate and drive the Sales Team to reach monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Work closely with our Valuer/Buyer to manage stock volume and aged stock

Successful applicant will have the following:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Drive to succeed with an energetic, hands on “can do” attitude
• High level computer skills
• Previous Used Vehicle Sales Manager experience is essential
