Civil / Building Construction Training Manager

Training & Assessment Mentor (TAM – 31940) is a well-established Registered Training Organisation (RTO) which specialises in trades’ related education. TAM is seeking a highly experienced Construction Training Manager (12 mth + 12 mth contract  position) to join our Senior Team at Redcliffe (4120) to manage our team of Trainers, some training by you may be required within the SEQ area.

Please note:
You will be responsible to the CEO, only apply if you have demonstrated KRA’s in similar roles, I would expect you to have been involved in construction, hands on, so that you have a very detailed knowledge of Building and Civil works. Our Trainers are very experienced ex-Builders and Trades, I need someone who can ensure: 
* scheduling
* ensure training packages are current & relevant
* train the Trainer
* meet & exceed Operational Plan budgets
* ASQA compliance
 

To be successful you will demonstrate the following criteria at a minimum:

• Australian Vocational qualification Cert III to Adv Diploma levels
• Hold a current Diploma in Training & Assessment (TAE)
• Have extensive experience delivering funded program training (CSQ)
• High level communication skills
• Sound computer skills; excel and word
• Professional aptitude and well presented
• Excellent time management and organisational ability.
