Training Administrator

The Company
Based in the heart of the city, this energy business is continiously growing and is needing a Training Administrator to join them in a permanent, full-time role. You will receive training and guidance from the team!

The Role
To be shortlisted – you MUST have recent administation experience exceeding one year. Providing purely administrative support to Business Operations, you will assist the team to complete monthly progress feedback, mid year reviews and end of year reviews. Your duties will include but not be limited to: 

This role will be organising and coordinating the meetings across stakeholders, sending out reminders, updating their system with progress updates and compliance of tickets / qualifications (and their expiry / relevance etc). 

  • Organising and coordinating stakeholer meetings
  • Sending out reminders to clients and staff
  • Updating systems with progress updates – data entry
  • Compliance of tickets and qualifications (updating their expiry and relevance)
  • Other ad-hoc duties 

About You
You are a highly adaptable, people-person who enjoys working in a diverse, multi- cultural office with people of all ages.  You are highly organised with a high attention to detail and a team player.  You will be eager to learn and develop in the role. 

  • Experience within a similar administration or compliance position
  • At least two years admin experience
  • Be a hard working team player
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Full-time, permanent availability
