What will you do?

The role will be responsible for onboarding WorkPac Employees across various mine sites, providing a seamless experience for employees. The role requires a highly motived individual who is able to work autonomously and bring with them their can do attitude while completing a cert 3 in business. In doing this, daily tasks may include but are not limited to;

• Mobilising high volumes of employees to and from various mine sites
• Pre Employment Medicals and Travel & Accommodation
• Booking inductions and training specific to each role/site
• PPE ordering and distributing
• Stakeholder engagement including shutdown teams, site representatives and workforce management team to offer a first class experience to employees
• Entering New starters into the system 
• Managing purchase orders

What do you need?

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
• Excellent safety awareness and adherence to processes and procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure and think outside of the square
