Technical Writer – 3 Month Contract

CISTECH Solutions designs and manufactures hardware and software network communications products for Advanced Mission Critical Systems across a broad range of end user environments.
CISTECH Solutions will reward the successful candidate with an attractive hourly rate/salary, in line with their experience and or qualifications.

The Role 
The role is a contract basis and will be based out of our Toowoomba Engineering office, with flexibility for remote work.
You will be interacting with the engineering team members, locally and across various office locations, to source technical content matter to produce high quality end user guides, and instruction documentation, in simple language for internal and external users.

Skill and Abilities:
• Proven experience as a technical writer, producing end user and administration guides.
• Excellent technical writing skills and an ability to make sophisticated topics clear and engaging.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• An understanding of networking, IT and software development terminology and concepts.
• Knowledge of a range of software products used in production of material.
• A high level of English grammar, spelling and language skills.
• A high attention to detail.
