About the role

Working at Officeworks is engaging, rewarding and fun! We are looking for passionate Full-Time or Part-Time Customer Service Team Members to join us at our Customer Service Centre in North Rocks, Sydney. With the opportunity to work virtually, you will be the central point of contact for all Officeworks customers. Your role will involve assisting our customers via phone and through a variety of other channels to ensure that we can support the Officeworks vision to ‘make bigger things happen’.

Alongside this, you will:

  • Manage and resolve escalated or complicated customer enquiries.
  • Take ownership of customer enquiries and follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Document all call information and adhere to standard operating procedures.
