We are seeking to engage an agile innovative Team Leader – Rehabilitation consultant with a clinical/ workplace rehabilitation background in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy to join our team in Darwin.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant ready to embrace the next step in their career and be ready to make an impact whilst being supported by our leadership team.  You will be responsible for the management of 1- 2  direct reports whilst also managing a billable caseload. The successful applicant will provide a high level of customer service and build and maintain relationships with customers to achieve positive outcomes and maximise business opportunities. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing plans that address barriers to return to work and assisting injured workers with a safe and durable return to work with either the pre-injury employer or a new employer

  • Providing a high level of customer service to build and maintain relationships to achieve positive outcomes and maximize business opportunities

  • Working in a collaborative and often multi-disciplinary environment to achieve great health outcomes for both compensable and non-compensable illness and injuries

  • Development and delivery of Health and Wellbeing Services.
     

About you

You’ll ideally have a minimum of 3 + years industry experience, a desire to lead a small team, a track record of achieving long-lasting outcomes, negotiation and networking skills and a strong team ethic. Proven experience in Clinical / Workplace Rehabilitation is a must!

  • Occupational Therapy registration with AHPRA or;

  • Physiotherapy registration with AHPRA or;

  • Exercise Physiology Accreditation with ESSA
