Our qualified team of Horticulturists and Landscapers take pride in each and every garden across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and North Shore.

We are looking for a Team Leader with fantastic leadership skills to join our team and develop as the business grows.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and support team.
• Garden maintenance.
• Cultivation and planting.
• Pest and disease management.
• Workplace, health and safety.
• Support and development of apprentices.

Skills & experience:

• Qualification in Horticulture or Landscaping.
• Experience in similar leadership role.
• Passion for horticulture and landscape design.
• Driver’s licence.
• White card advantageous.
