About the opportunity

Our Talent Acquisition team has continued recruiting during the recent Sydney lockdown and continues to support our business stakeholders across all 3 properties. Due to continued growth across The Star Entertainment Group, we are looking for an additional Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Sydney.

In this role you will provide end to end recruitment services including stakeholder briefing, advertising, candidate management and onboarding. Our team is proactive, professional, collaborative, and provide a high level of service to our stakeholders and candidates. The ideal candidate will value an inclusive work environment and be comfortable working with a geographically diverse team as we are based in Sydney, Gold Coast and Brisbane.  

We are specifically looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in a specialised or volume recruitment role (agency experience highly regarded)
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and the wider People and Performance team to deliver and retain talent
  • Ability to provide market insights and data to internal stakeholders
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail to deliver on competing priorities
  • Enjoy working with a dynamic, high-volume, and fast paced organisation
  • A passion for the hospitality industry is highly desirable
