Your new role

As a valued and important member of the Talent Acquisition team you will work in partnership with your stakeholders to actively support all recruitment activity including sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing and onboarding.

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will impact the business by;

  • Onboarding for new starters including facilitating induction
  • Generating new starter contracts
  • Formulating job adverts and utilising relevant job boards to advertise
  • Conducting phone screenings and reviewing applications
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Managing and updating employee files
  • Understanding Pitcher Partners’ value proposition
  • Working collaboratively with the Talent Team and other internal and external stakeholders

This role is offered on a flexible full time or part time basis.

What you bring

You are degree qualified in Human Resources (or similar) with experience in an HR or recruitment support role. Ideally you have exposure to volume recruitment, candidate sourcing and phone screening as well as an understanding of full-cycle recruiting.

You are professional and inquisitive and are seeking to develop a successful profile in talent acquisition.

Commercially astute, you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy building genuine relationships with candidates, stakeholders and colleagues.

You are creative and insist on delivering an outstanding service to all stakeholders.

Self-driven and motivated you take ownership of your work, prioritise conflicting deadlines and promote collaboration across all the team.
