Your Experience:

• You have a minimum of 5 year’s experience in office administration and/or office management supporting a small or medium sized business or team across a variety of departments. 

• You have had reception and admin responsibilities including greeting clients, managing phone enquiries, office supply management, setting meeting rooms, managing filing systems, diary management, reconciliation, social media management, taking meeting minutes, data entry, process improvement.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of Xero is a bonus but not essential.
