An exciting opportunity for a Assistant Strata Manager to join a boutique Strata company. Where you will be given the fundamental tools and develop your skills and assist one Strata Manager.
The Role
- Prepare agendas
- Completion of meeting minutes and post-meeting action documents
- Prepare and issue notices for meetings
- Assisting with invoice processing, budget and financial statements
- Liaising with Committees, clients and other stakeholders to resolve issues
- Preparing Section 184 certificates and compliance certificates
- General assistant and administration duties as required
Requirements
- Great telephone manner
- Certificate of Registration
- Previous experience in Real Estate or Strata
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Drive to succeed
- High attention to detail
- Ability to both follow and question processes
- Team oriented
