The Role

As Store Manager of the CBD location at The Block Arcade you will be showcasing european home and living ranges. With passion, experience and drive, you will lead a team to offer an un-matched customer experience.

Highly Beneficial Experience & Skills

– Solid Retail Management experience, homewares or luxury preferred
– Target-driven with a proven past sales history
– Provides exceptional personalised customer servicec with the ability to build a regular clientele
– A meticulous eye for detail and highly organised
– The ability to train, develop and coach a team
– Experience with performance management and sharing feedback
– Stock Management and high standards of Visual Merchandising
