We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and self-driven Store Manager who has a thirst for success and a proven track record in coaching and mentoring teams.
About the role
- Deliver our customers an outstanding experience
- Inspire, coach and develop all store team members across all aspects of the business
- You will have full accountability of your Stores P&L
- Ensure you and your team achieve their monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure your Store maintains VM standards to the highest levels at all times according to our Visual Merchandise Guide (VMG)
About you
- Management Experience (Store Manager or 2IC)
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills – Delivered with a true positive attitude
- You have the ability to think strategically, and identify missed opportunities
- Highly experienced in stock management and visual merchandising
- Experience with managing rosters and general administration
