As the Master in Chief, you are responsible for overseeing the delivery of smooth, fun and memorable entertainment experiences at our Murray street arena in the Perth CBD. Through the strategic application of leadership, influence, communication, motivation, and training skills, you drive the growth of the business while supporting the local team.

  • Develop business strategies to increase customer throughput and optimise operations profitability
  • Meet sales targets by working with the marketing team on the marketing funnel, from  awareness through to the customer experience on the day
  • Training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff
  • Lead the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Lead the team to maintain a high level of store condition, cleanliness and visual standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share or profitability
  • Recruit, conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  • Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
  • Additional manager duties as needed


The successful application will ideally be:

  • Managerial: Organised with the ability to plan for sessions, large team events, make customer bookings and manage staffing requirements
  • Competent in IT: Quick on their feet to identify technical issues as they arise and be able to suggest fixes for the GM team.
  • Creative: have a creative flair to help build the Ready Team One brand

Remuneration: $60k Base + Super + Bonus!
