Store Manager – Full Time – Miranda

Academy Brand is a locally owned and operated men’s lifestyle fashion brand and we are searching for our next Store Manager. The right person for this role will be passionate about people, have exceptional communication skills, have excellent business acumen and be driven by delivering consistent results.

We are currently seeking a Store Manager to join us in our Miranda David Jones store. In this position you will lead the store to success through coaching and development of the team, management of day to day operations, impeccable stock management and a commitment to delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

To be successful in this role you will:

Be a demonstrated, passionate people leader

Be able to multitask

Lead with a positive and energetic approach

Lead with operational excellence and an eye for detail

Have strong business acumen and stock management skills

Have minimum 2 years previous retail management experience 

Be able to work a Tuesday – Saturday roster 

Concession experience preferred
