Stock and Inventory Coordinator

Based out of ScentAir’s Melbourne, VIC office this position reports directly to the General Manager and supports a full spectrum of operational functions. The role requires generalist support of supply chain operational functions including managing inventory control, warehousing, distribution and 3rd party logistics to support the achievement of our annual operations plan and strategic goals.
Responsibility:
• Co-ordinate all in-house stock control and logistics activities
• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations including goods receiving, picking and packing, stock management, inbound/outbound deliveries and inventory reporting
• Manage and maintain a good relationship with logistics service providers
• Assist sales teams and vendors to solve different problems and issues about cargo delivery and delivery schedules
• Handle shipment operations and prepare shipping documents
• Prepare operational reports
• Ensure efficient and high level of service level is delivered
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a warehousing or logistics field
• High level of customer service experience with oral communications skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft OS
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and high-pressured environment
• Must have a strong command of spoken and written English
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
