Salary and Work Conditions

All of our salaries are above award. We provide flexibility for our clinician’s to work in a full-time or part-time role, to elect additional leave (without pay) to support a work-life balance, and to work from home, in the clinic and in the community.

We encourage innovation and growth. New ideas are always welcome.

We are uniquely located in the village of Picton, a small community approximately midway between Campbelltown and Bowral. We enjoy, less traffic and easy driving (mostly), the feeling of working in a smaller community (the relationships we have within our community are key to our success and our positive atmosphere), a short drive to Sydney and to the beach (45 minutes).

Our Caseload

Our current caseload is currently mainly paediatric, but with the right clinician we would like to increase our adult caseload. We work in clinic, in schools and preschools, and in client homes. We are not NDIA registered but provide services to many NDIS (self-funded or plan managed) clients. Our clients have a wide range of communication and mealtime needs. We also see a large number of children for literacy (literacy training is provided to all clinicians).
