Qualifications & experience

• Automotive spare parts and/or mechanical knowledge
• Customer service
• Retail and/or automotive industry knowledge and experience
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Effective time management

Tasks & responsibilities

• Customer service (face to face and phone)
• Automotive spare parts sales
• Processing orders and transactions
• Cash handling/ POS
• Maintaining store stock levels and store cleanliness
• Responding to customer enquiries
