Interested in moving into Corporate Law or are you an existing practitioner in corporate law looking for a change? Look no further!

To meet our growing Corporate practice’s demands, we are seeking a Solicitor who has with a minimum of two years of post-admission experience.

We are seeking a lawyer who may have existing experience gained directly from corporate transactions, such as mergers & acquisitions, IPO’s and/or ECM or may have experience gained from a different area but would like to move into Corporate. You can expect to learn, be mentored and be coached by senior lawyers in these areas to ensure your success.

Your high quality drafting and advice writing skills, combined with your analytical mindset and willingness to work on challenging matters will see your success working in our collaborative, team orientated, high performance Corporate team.
