Tilton Constructions is an interior fit-out company with over 15 years’ experience in the industry. We specialize in Commercial and Residential projects with a range of services including interior fit-outs, door, frames and hardware, cladding, glazing and carpentry.

We currently have a full-time opportunity (7am to 5pm Monday – Friday) for a Site Foreman to join our management team.

 

About the role

· Follow and enforce company and site E H & S policy and procedures

· Programming of works

· Quality control of works including ITP’s

· Management of labour and resources including time keeping

· Client liaison

· Procurement of materials including delivery logistics

· Financial management including project budget and contract variation

· Waste minimization management

Skills and experience

· Minimum three years’ experience of site management

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Reliable individuals that can work autonomously
