• Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, Mount Barker District Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital
• Salary: WHA-2 $997.00 – $1,008.10 per week (Pro-rata)
• Temporary Part-Time position available working 24 hours per week up to 30/9/2022 , over a 7 day roster

The Services Assistant is responsible for providing a timely, efficient and effective service, that involves the catering and cleaning of the health unit.  Duties may include the preparation, service and delivery of food to clients, and general housekeeping.

The Services Assistant may also be required to undertake laundry duties.

The successful candidate will possess the following.

• Cross-departmental experience (Kitchen, Cleaning ) working in an  health environment
• Have previous food handling experience (food handling certificates a bonus!)
• Demonstrate a high level of empathy and compassion and including a person-centred approach
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, be reliable and hard working
• Hold a current National Police Certificate & working with children certificate (Obtained within 12 months)
• Immunisation record of 2021 Flu Vaccine ,Immunisation record of COVID-19 Vaccine 
• Availability to work rotating roster (incl. weekends)
