Job Location: Perth Northern Suburbs & Joondalup

$87,500 – $95,000 + Incentives

Auto Masters Beldon have an opportunity for a Service Manager / Store Manager to join their team.

About the role:

• You will be coordinating a small team of automotive technicians / mechanics within the store to deliver the day to day services to customers
• You will be responsible for driving and delivering the weekly and monthly  KPI’s and targets for the store
• As the manager you will have and maintain a sound knowledge of brand products and services to be able to promote them accordingly
• Maintain the quality assurance system
• Maintain a safe clean working environment for staff and customers

About you:

• Proven experience in leading, motivating and developing a team with excellent communication and managerial skills
• You will have outstanding customer service skills, and be solution focused
• Previous experience in managing an automotive service centre or equivalent and a proven track record in sales within the automotive industry is a must.
