Our company is growing fast, and we are looking for an energetic, ambitious and detail focused mortgage broker that have an ambition to build his/her career in mortgage broking space.

About the role:

We are looking for a full time Senior Mortgage Brokers/ Lending Specialist for our residential mortgage broking business in Parramatta, NSW

The Role will involve:

• Business Development / Building Sales Pipeline and conducting client need analysis.
• Responsible for Referral partnership with business and individual for consistent Loan Referrals.
• Managing End-to-End Product Advisory & Compliance according to the aggregator requirements and BID guidelines.
• Conduct 6 monthly client engagement meetings to ensure ongoing client trust and retention.
• Contact the prospective clients referred by our call centre and social media channel which are allocated as per organization’s marketing initiative.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in mortgage broking
• At least 2 years experience in writing home loans
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking

Note : The successful applicant will be rewarded with a Base Salary + Super + Commissions (based on your experience and skills)
