The person:

• Previous experience managing a busy workshop needed
• Strong communication skills
• Good people management skills
• Ability to deal with customers and suppliers
• Ability to lead staff
• Positive and proactive personality

The job:

• Assisting with day-to-day workshop operations
• Allocate work accordingly
• Assist with organizing parts for service and repairs
• Customer service
• Role will also see you be active on the tools when it’s busy
• Monitor workshop and mechanic efficiency 
• Allocating jobs
• Opening and closing job cards
