POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Senior Executive Business Coordinator working across both the Divisional Priority Communities Vaccinations and Priority Communities COVID-19 Response Units you will provide a range of executive support functions to the Directors of both units as well as provide key administrative support work, including: executive administrative support and diary management, providing portfolio-wide ad-hoc administrative support, providing overflow support for the Executive Director’s Office, progressing approval requests, managing briefings, process improvement, answering queries and progressing outstanding work requests.

 

To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience as an executive assistant providing end-to-end executive support and high-level administrative experience, you will be able to produce written letters, emails and correspondence of the highest quality, have very highly developed customer service skills and be very organised and self-motivated.

MANDATORY VACCINATION POLICY:
