THE ROLE 

We are currently seeking a Senior Compliance Auditor for our Compliance Management business unit. As the Senior Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for undertaking site inspections, audits, contractor and client engagement, delivering appropriate reporting, resource management of the team, develop proposals, assist with business development and manage larger projects. This role will focus on annual Essential Services Management to ensure that client sites meet national and state regulatory requirements. You will also have the opportunity to undertake wider compliance management services including combustible cladding advice, due diligence, building audits, strategic asset management and commissioning management. 

The role will include interstate travel and after hours work on occasions

ABOUT YOU 

  • Site based auditing experience such as fire safety systems, essential services or building surveying
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in related field.
  • Successful completion or undertaking University degree, or any equivalent of formal qualifications studied locally or from an internationally recognised organisation.
  • The ability to mentor, lead and coordinate a geographically diverse team
  • Formal accreditation as an accredited practitioner for fire safety 
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Advanced communication, interpersonal, influencing and client relationship management  skills
  • High attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Client account management and business development capability
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in related field.
  • Maintain minimum CPD requirements in accordance with relevant state and national accreditation bodies
