We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Associate – Investments to join our Finance Enterprise Operations FCO Controls team. You will partner alongside the Finance Partner for Lending Services and Financial Crime Operations to provide commercial financial support and advice for transformational change across NAB.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Responsible for the financial control and governance of minority equity investments and engaging with stakeholders across finance
  • Ensure accuracy of financial information (expenses, planning, forecast and benefits) to help the business understand and solve plan challenges and opportunities
  • Understand, identify and interpret financial results and business trends
  • Analysis of financial implications of contractual arrangements
  • Focused on delivering results and pro-active in meeting deliverables

What you will bring:

  • High level of analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong forecasting, planning, financial control and governance capability
  • Interested in growing business acumen and business partnering skills
  • Focused on delivering results and pro-active in meeting deliverables
  • Enjoys working collaboratively and building positive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualification in accounting/business/finance, ideally CA or CPA qualified
  • Understanding of Finance Processes
  • Proficient understanding and experience using SAP and HFM.
  • Experience or wanting to develop their capability in PowerBI and other data tools.
  • Project Accounting experience
