The Senior Architect – Cloud Applications and Integration will work with customers to design, develop, and deliver custom solutions using the Azure Platform.
Responsibilities:
- Work across the delivery lifecycle with customers, pre-sales, architecture, and delivery.
- Create the end-to-end architectures using best practice.
- Actively contribute to healthy team culture and share what you learn with the community.
- Engage with clients to deliver roadmaps and identity modernisation opportunities.
- Be seen as a trusted advisor within your customer accounts.
Experience Required:
- Substantial experience in technical roles within a Services environment.
- Ability to map client’s business needs to Insight’s technology solution offerings.
- Comfortable with presenting and communicating technical solutions.
- Proven analysis skills with the ability to work with a client to understand requirements, define and present appropriate solutions, and oversee the delivery of a solution to the client.
- Comfortable with presenting and communicating technical solutions.
- Strong architecture and software development skills.
- Strong .Net & SQL
- 5+ years’ experience in development within a Microsoft environment
- Hands-on experience in designing, building, and implementing Microsoft solutions based around Azure.
- Strong Azure Faas / PaaS / IaaS experience.
- Understanding of Azure Governance, Security, Identity, Monitoring, Automation.
- Experience with Apps, Containers, AKS / Kubernetes will be very highly regarded.
- DevOps and Application Deployment / PaaS solutions are highly regarded.
- Microsoft certifications in Azure a bonus.
