What are we looking for?

Access Group Solutions is searching for a highly motivated individual with significant security management and leadership experience.

 This role requires high levels of collaboration with our on-site client to deliver an exceptional security product in the retail sector, that keeps customers at the heart of every decision. 

The successful applicant will need a firm understanding of operational security requirements, such that they can manage a multi-faceted, complex, high volume environment delivering and exceeding the expectations of both our Client and their Customers.

This role has primary responsibility for leading our security team to be an optimal customer service department, and to challenge and develop their team to maximise capability. 

About the role

Essential to the role:

  • To apply for this position, applicants must hold a current NSW Security License and current First Aid Certificate.
  • You must be able to provide evidence of holding (at minimum) a Certificate II in Security Operations.
  • You will need to provide a Police/Criminal History Check prior to commencement

The Successful Applicant will have:

  • Significant experience in leadership and the security industry, including an understanding of security threat and risk assessments, including mitigation
  • Demonstrated ability in delivering excellence in customer services
  • Well-developed people skills and the ability to build a rapport with a diverse range of people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
  • Superior report writing skills, experience in budgeting/costing rosters highly desirable
