SECURITY GUARD / GAMING ATTENDANT

An exciting opportunity exists in the position of Security Guard/Gaming Attendant to join our great team at The Settlement Hotel in Cranbourne.

We are looking for a customer focused, reliable outgoing and energetic security guard who is available to work regular late-night & Weekend shifts.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to;

• Greeting Customers
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers & staff
• Maintaining dress code
• Must have presence and confidence in preventing events from occurring
• Maintain daily operations and procedures
• Learn our procedures and enforce them
• Have excellent communication skills
• Work effectively as part of our team
• Present yourself professionally and neat
• Ensuring public safety on premises
• Responding to emergencies and providing necessary assistance
• General bar duties
• Attend gaming machines and provide services inside the gaming room

To be successful in this role, you will require;

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a security guard
• Current Victorian Crowd Control/Security licence
• First Aid Training
• Current RSA
• Current Victorian Gaming Licence (or willing to obtain)
• Current RSG (or willing to obtain)
• Must live within 30km of Cranbourne
