About the role

The role will be responsible to provide Risk and Compliance control across the complete customer solution (across network, security, voice, video etc., not just within the security services). Compliance spans across all technology services and as such  the role will be required to cover the following:

  • ensure contractual obligations agreed between the Customer and Orange in the security domain are adhered to. This includes compliance of all the Orange suppliers
  • ensure we comply to our customers Security policies, or where applicable (i.e., the stronger of 2 policies) compliance to Orange’s Security policies
  • audit of devices/services for Security best practice (system hardening, user accounts, logging, monitoring, etc.)
  • take ownership of Information Security Management.
  • ensure that the appropriate management approves the security risk mitigation objectives (roadmap, risk threat and vulnerability mitigations decisions
  • ensure that required entity security controls are implemented
  • ensure that training and awareness sessions are carried out, ensuring alignment with customer  and Orange’s policies
  • track patch, vulnerability and release management
  • report on Services compliance and associated actions
  • work closely with Orange Security Program Manager to strengthen the customers Security Posture

About you

  • degree in computer science, or compliance
  • good understanding of networking (Cisco, Riverbed), security (Palo Alto, Bluecoat Cloud, Reverse Proxy, SFTP Cloud, Secure RAS, Algosec, etc.), Voice (Cisco IPT, B2G/B2GaaS) and Video (WebEx, Cisco)technologies
  • very good understanding of compliance concepts, ISO standards and technologies, relevant security certification (vendor certificates, CISSP, CISM, etc.)
  • fluent in English (some French would be advantageous) with exceptional reporting writing and presentation skills
  • self-motivatied, ability to work under pressure with internal teams and with the customer (on site when required)
