We regularly invite interventionalists to share their technique, knowledge and experience with ANZ interventionalists. And, organise regular interventional continued education and teaching workshops. We offer a suitable candidate with medical sales experience a sales territory management roles in the company. Ideal candidate should have coronary intervention sales experience and clinical support skills. The job is professionally, technically and clinically challenging hence cath lab trained bio-medical, nurses, tech or radiographer have advantage. You are required to make daily promotional visits to cath labs and doctors’ rooms. Initial clinical knowledge and product training, sales training and adequate on-the-job and continuous training will be provided. The successful candidate can expect competitive annual salary, car allowance and sales commission package upon completion of trial and probationary period and upon achieving sufficient level of product and procedure knowledge and customer relationship.
The candidate should possess the following attributes: a team player, strong medical knowledge, good moral ethics, good time management, service oriented, hard working and eager for business. You should have the following skills: attention to details, good presentation, sales planning, implementing promotion programme, utilizing Excel spread sheet and good knowledge of interventional field. Candidate will be required to attend and provide support to clinical procedures in catheterization labs. Out of city travelling is required. And, occasional irregular hours when attending to interventional procedures. The candidate is required to manage sales territory, frequent detailing of products, increase sales and market share, manage customer expectations, write hospital action plan, submit activity plan and daily activity reports, manage promotion resources and work independently.
The candidate should preferably be based in Sydney. You will have responsibility for ensuring achievement of business and promotional objectives, sales targets and KPIs in the assigned areas.
