Sales Manager – Agricultural Tractor Spare Parts

Bare-Co is Australia’s largest wholesale distributor of aftermarket agricultural tractor parts and accessories.

We operate twelve company owned and operated branches based in Australia, New Zealand and USA, supplying Bare-Co dealers in these markets. 

This is an opportunity to join our long term employees in a family operated environment with history of 77 years trading in the same industry.

 

About the role

This role will require regular travel to existing Victorian Bare-Co dealers, averaging one week away from home for more distant dealers with alternate weeks in local areas.

 

Essential Requirements:

• Knowledge of agricultural spare parts
• Tractor PTO experience highly desirable
• Positive and customer focused attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to learn new skills and multitask
• Strong communication skills
