This is a great opportunity for a growth minded professional, seeking to establish their career with an engaged, quality-focused and high-performing B2B Sales team. 

You will engage and work with your clients to help tailor the most suitable training solutions, designed to empower their teams to deliver business success in the digital landscape of tomorrow.  

You’ll identify and convert opportunities from existing clients and new prospects and sell our large and varied portfolio of instructor led technology training courses. This includes custom learning solutions and a consulting practice for program and project execution.
  
What a typical day looks like

  • Identifying and accelerating revenue growth through outbound prospecting with warm leads
  • Driving revenue from existing working accounts
  • Proactively re-engaging allocated new/dormant accounts
  • Responding to all new leads and accelerate revenue
  • Identifying net New prospects who are not in the pipeline or CRM database
  • Managing the pipeline to ensure monthly sales targets are achieved
  • Forecasting sales targets and ensure they are met by the team

You need the ability to understand client’s requirements allowing you to negotiate and be solution focused, whilst achieving sales targets and OKRs. Ideally, you’ll have knowledge and an understanding of IT/cloud-based solutions and be able to use sales methodologies to enhance the customer experience.
