Due to our continued growth, it’s an exciting time for new and existing sales people to join our business. Better Homes and Gardens North Gold Coast is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for Real Estate to join our team and become our next top sales agent.

The Role…

As a Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant you will receive constant sales training and listing support and work as part of of our award winning team at Better Homes and Gardens North Gold Coast

Your initial day-to-day activities will initially include:

  • Client prospecting;
  • Listing properties for sale
  • Gathering market intelligence;
  • Handling prospective buyer enquiries;
  • Pre-settlement inspections, bank valuations;
  • Pre & post appraisals follow up;
  • Networking for business opportunities;
  • Conducting Open For Inspections;
  • Database management;

Required Experience…

  • Real estate sales experience is preferred but not essential for the sales assistant role;
  • A strong background in sales is essential and preferred;
  • Sales experience or sales administration experience in a fast-paced environment;
  • A history of providing exceptional customer service to clients;
  • Experience in generating prospects or leads;
  • A history of managing multiple sales initiatives at one time;
  • Knowledge of CRM systems;
  • Data entry experience; and
  • Proficiency with a range of computer systems.

Skills & Competencies…

  • Possess a valid driver’s licence and presentable vehicle;

  • Highly technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;
  • A team player;
  • Possess exceptional follow up;
