An exciting opportunity awaits you to build the award winning Mary Valley Rattler brand into being recognised as a national icon. Winding through the picturesque Mary Valley passing dairy farms and the unique Queensland Bunya trees, the Mary Valley Rattler provides a unique experience.  Visitors, families, schools, wedding and celebratory parties can choose a range of services from the sheer experience of riding the , maybe a  wine and dine experience in the club car  or  a fully catered and coordinated function. 

Role

Located in the Historical town of Gympie QLD and reporting directly to the General Manager  we are seeking a person who will fill the role that will

• Strategically plan, forecast and implement activities and events that will grow the brand and revenue
• Optimise and measure campaigns to increase customer experience and engagement resulting increases in revenue and brand awareness
• Focus on leveraging key events. Through the development of supporting media liaison, branded content opportunities, advertising, event site listings and media collateral.
• Ownership of the marketing budget with responsibility to prove ROI on all spend using KPI’s and brand metrics.
• Monitor, optimise and grow website traffic and  social media engagement

About you

• Experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in the tourism and events industry
• Competent in establishing Stakeholder management and building effective relationships
• High energy can do approach that engages the team to come on the growth journey with you
• An organised outcome focused person with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills who thrives in an agile and diverse workplace.
