Job tasks and responsibilities
The role combines marketing, contracts administration and reception management. The successful candidate will join an existing team who are responsible for managing incoming communication from various stakeholders, preparing supporting sale documentation for residential sales, arranging marketing material such as photoshoots and floor plans, media advertising, support to the sales team and other ad hoc tasks.
Skills and experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate administration.
- Experience using; REX, Real Works, RPData, Adbuild, Campaign Track, Canva are a must.
- High level ability using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills and a professional presentation.
- Drivers licence and car.
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously yet within a team.
- A “can do” attitude.
