Lockdown in Melbourne is finally over (AGAIN!) and we are as excited as ever to start looking for new talent to join our vibrant and fun team!
 

Hybridd is a new up and coming Direct Sales & Marketing Agency who’s main role is simple – Bring Customers and Clients together by providing a great face to face experience & generating revenue at branded Kiosks around Melbourne! We do this for major Australian Sporting and Not For Profit Organisations like the Australian Red Cross!
 

Our managing director Cameron has over 10 years experience in the direct sales industry, and is looking to work hands on himself with new employees! (Working hands on with the owner of the company… YES!)
 

Right now we are looking to engage 5 new employees to get started ASAP as we have qualified sales trainers itching to work and train you! 

Whats the gig?

As a Sales Consultant you will be working in a team, selling one off products, at a range of kiosks around Melbourne, these include: Shopping Centre’s & Supermarkets with the occasional bigger scale seasonal events like: Sporting Events, The Melbourne Show & Melbourne Exhibition Centre.

  • 1+ Years of Customer Service Experience
  • Be available to work 5+ days a week: weekdays & weekends
  • Love working in a team & can also work unsupervised

  • Be able to have fun at work & not take yourself too seriously
  • Experience working towards KPIs & Fantastic communication skills
