Wingboy is Sydney’s newest “Wing hang-out” in the heart of Darling Square, Sydney CBD. Born from a virtual concept this is the first location of Wingboy – 80 seater, cosy dive bar style venue bursting with character, atmosphere and Sydney’s best wings paired with awesome beers and drinks. 

About the role
You will be responsible for the running of the venue, stock management, roster management and team training and development. The week will be based on a 4 day week flexi-roster giving you excellent home and life balance to really thrive in this position. You will work closely with our experience General Manager and be part of future venues in 2022. 

Experience and skills
It is beneficial to have at least 2 years of floor management experience as well as a good understanding of the flow and operations of a small bar environment . You should be confident both on the bar and the floor. Basic experience in stock management and rostering and a good understanding of food and beers. 

Character skills
We are looking for someone who brings energy and life to the venue, can build a rapport with the team and customers alike and lead with passion through what they do. Do you want a challenge and be involved in a start up concept and work with a progressive business?
