Rental Officer – Ingleburn

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Rental Officer at our Ingleburn Branch to provide exceptional customer service in Branch operational activities! Some of these include; maximising utilisation of assets, presentation of assets, client retention, and adherence to rental processes and procedures.

The successful applicant ideally possesses: 

• Experience in customer service, with transport and or rental activities preferred.
• Good organisational skills to maximise utilisation of ORIX rental fleet.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask due to the fast-moving nature of the Business.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle configurations and their carrying capacities or a keen willingness to learn
• Ability to think creatively to devise the most efficient processes, for both Customers and internal stakeholders.

The role: 

As the Rental Officer you will be required to: 

• Assist in branch administration including filing, payment remittance, and preparation of rental agreements.
• Act as the first point of contact for inbound phone enquiries.
• Process counter, online, and phone enquiries and follow these through to Rental Reservations.
• Ensure accurate processing of all invoices and rental agreements.
• Develop customer relationships.
• Liaise closely with other Branch Staff, and other ORIX Rental Branches
• Ensure Credit Card and Debtor guidelines are followed within policy guidelines
• Assist in other duties as required by the Branch Manager.
• Maintain awareness of and compliance with health and safety legislation and with established policies and procedures.
