Linkforce is currently seeking a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our internal recruitment team.

 

This role will play an integral part of our recruitment function, responsible for carrying out all aspects of end-to-end recruiting for blue-collar positions. The role will be based in our Perth CBD head office and is offered on a full-time permanent basis.

What’s Required

• Experience in sales or recruitment will be highly regarded
• Sound understanding of the mining and resources sector preferred
• High levels of self-motivation with the ability to work to KPIs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Great computer literacy with ability to master new software quickly
• Australian work rights
