To meet Modis’ continuously growing pipeline of work, we are looking for an IT Recruitment Consultant to join the team to support and drive our expanding business. In this role you will be responsible for engaging as part of the Regional Workforce Team to deliver high quality new resources to fulfil opportunities within the region assigned to.

Key Objectives

• Maintain good relationships with Account Managers, Hiring Managers and other stakeholders.
• Manage sound recruitment processes through active participation in identifying and implementing improvements
• Assist and contribute to the delivery of suitable candidates for opportunities across all business units

End to end recruitment:

• Assist with end to end recruitment to ensure demand is met
• Process direct candidates, those through Job Boards, staff referrals, recruitment agencies and other channels
• Manage and maintain PeopleSoft Front Office data at all times
• Schedule and participate in candidate interviews
• Provide timely feedback to referrers and candidates
• Conduct reference checks
• Negotiate rates, remuneration and present offers to candidates/agencies
• Ensure all new employee files are complete with all relevant documentation for timely handover to HR
• Adherence to all national recruitment processes

Management:

• Manage your individual performance with any issues to be escalated to your Recruitment Team Leader
• Manage the prioritisation of your workload national to assist with peaks in opportunities
• Complete all recruitment reports within agreed timeframes
• Lead external recruitment across all business units as required
• Ensure service levels are adhered to
• Maintain external agency cost levels within agreed parameters should you be engaging with our supplier panel
