The role

We currently have a permanent Recruiter opportunity supporting one of our Global RPO Clients Cummins based in Adelaide.   This role will see you take ownership of recruiting a variety of positions for this unique client primarily in the technical/industrial space but also touching on corporate positions.

Cummins Inc., a global technology leader, is a corporation of complementary business segments that designs, manufactures, distributes and services a broad portfolio of power solutions. The company’s products range from diesel and natural gas engines to hybrid and electric platforms, as well as related technologies, including transmissions, battery systems, fuel systems, controls, air handling, filtration, emission solutions, and power generation systems. 

As the recruiter you will set the strategic recruitment direction in conjunction with hiring managers and HR. With overall accountability for the delivery of recruitment outcomes, you’ll front-face our recruitment solution with our client.  You’re not going it alone – you’ll collaborate with your sourcing specialist team to identify and screen top talent before presenting these candidates to the business. Our recruitment coordinators will support you by communicating with candidates for interviews and checks, freeing you up to build strong relationships with the business and add value through projects and other initiatives.

 

About You

Showcasing your professional influencing skills, you’ll collaborate with your peers to deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience.  Your previous volume recruitment experience, compulsory for this role, will help you quickly understand a business of this scale and add value from day one. Working autonomously, you’ll truly partner with the business and manage a wide range of stakeholders to ensure our client attracts top talent.
