Receptionist / People & Culture Administrator
KTrans WA are a family owned and operated transport company seeking a self-motivated, dynamic and positive team member, to join us in the role of Receptionist / People & Culture Administrator.
Reporting to the Manager People & Culture your duties will include, but not be limited to;
Reception
- Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Assisting visitors with sign in protocols.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Scheduling meetings and managing the boardroom.
- Responding to customer and work colleagues enquiries.
People & Culture Administration
- Managing and updating files and database information in the Human Resource Information System (Employment Hero)
- Maintaining the training database
- Assisting staff members in Employment Hero log in and data completion
- Maintaining the uniform stock and inventory process
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. The start date is immediate, but can be negotiated with the successful applicant. Full training will be provided through a traineeship in a relevant discipline.

- Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Have excellent computer skills, particularly using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking and prioritising workload
- Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Have effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening and great customer service skills are a must.
- Be willing to take on tasks to assist others within the workplace.
- Be proactive, with a flexible approach to work.
