About Us

Pinnacle Business is a long established small sized accounting firm located in St Marys  who provide services and advice in the areas of business advisory, taxation, accounting, succession planning, corporate secretarial services and advisory. 


About You

• Must be mature with proven experience in reception and administration

• Articulate with a positive & friendly personality

• Previous experience within an accounting practice essential

• Proficient in the use of MS Office and various accounting software (Handisoft, MYOB, Xero)

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

• Organised, with attention to detail and good time management

• Strong interpersonal skills such as punctuality, flexibility and reliability

• Able to work independently within a team environment

• Have a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn


About the Role

• Reception 

• Answering telephone and directing calls

• Mail collection, recording and distribution

• Receive deliverables, sort and distribute accordingly

• Keep detailed and accurate records of client requests and of calls received

• Various administrative and general duties

• Use of ATO and ASIC portals

• Data Entry
