Receptionist / Admin – Temp and potential to perm option

We are seeking an experienced Administrator / Receptionist, initially on a temp basis with the potential to go permanent in the New Year. Our client has National operations and specializes in transportation across a variety of sectors including oil and gas, mining and general freight.

This position is a full time Monday to Friday role.  The main duties involve:

  • Maintaining records relating to vehicles and fleet, such as rego status, service contracts.
  • Ensure new vehicle registrations are recorded.
  • Manage all registration renewals for the fleet.
  • Answering and transferring incoming calls, data entry, customer service and other associated administrative tasks.

Ideally, the successful applicant will have:

  • Proficiency in systems and Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced work environment
  • Advance knowledge of MS office programs
  • Excellent customer service skills and polite phone manner
