Receptionist / Admin – Temp and potential to perm option

We are seeking an experienced Administrator / Receptionist, initially on a temp basis with the potential to go permanent in the New Year. Our client has National operations and specializes in transportation across a variety of sectors including oil and gas, mining and general freight.
This position is a full time Monday to Friday role. The main duties involve:
- Maintaining records relating to vehicles and fleet, such as rego status, service contracts.
- Ensure new vehicle registrations are recorded.
- Manage all registration renewals for the fleet.
- Answering and transferring incoming calls, data entry, customer service and other associated administrative tasks.
Ideally, the successful applicant will have:
- Proficiency in systems and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced work environment
- Advance knowledge of MS office programs
- Excellent customer service skills and polite phone manner
