Reception / Office Assistant
Job Location: Sydney Parramatta & Western Suburbs
A 3rd generation family business with a long history of excellence. Working with construction partners this company is well known both domestically and in the international market. This is not just a sitting on reception role you are integral to the lock and feel clients get when arriving on site. you will be exposed to all members of the company and assist with tasks that are needed from different departments. This company is growing and progression is available in this role.
Some of the duties involved –
- Managing mail and couriers
- Welcoming visitors
- Booking and setting up meeting rooms
- Assisting with administration and invoicing
